Thank you for taking the time to view my website and my list of healthy programs. I'm sure that I can help you become the best version of you and create the life you have always wanted. Good health is so important and without proper nutrition we are all at a disadvantage.
You can easily find the program or combination of programs that are right for you. Just take a peek below and I'm sure you will find one (or two!) that resonate. Start with a cleanse or detox then jump into a Clean Eating Intensive. Gain healthy habits in 90 days or you can go all out and immerse yourself in my Platinum Program - A 6 Month Total Body Makeover. You are unique body and I have designed my programs to reflect your needs which may change over time.

Whole Foods Fall and Spring Seasonal Cleanses
My seasonal cleanses are offered twice a year in the Spring and Fall. It is important to cleanse the body with the change of seasons. I offer two WHOLE FOODS seasonal cleanses which can help rid you of excess toxins your body is holding onto. Everyone has some level of toxicity in them from environmental elements as well as from consuming certain food and drink. A seasonal cleanse is a great way to release these toxins to allow your organs and body to function at a more optimal level. Many times common ailments including fatigue, acne, eczema, body aches, excess weight, and joint pain or lessened or in some cases completely eliminated. My cleanses are 100% whole foods based with no juicing, starvation, or fasting. My philosophy is to use food as healing like they did in ancient times. As a result within a few short days of beginning the cleanse you will feel more energetic, have better sleep, have glowing skin and hair, and feel better than you have in years.

Clean Eating 28 Day Intensive
In this Individual 28 Day Program you will explore all aspects of Clean Eating and learn how to easily integrate the principals into your own life.
This is a structured program with 4 weeks of specific foods to eat/avoid. Each week will build upon the last. You will start with a one week "cleanse" and slowly build back up to a clean eating style that fits your life. By the end of the 28 Days you will have learned how to make better choices of the food that you enjoy using the Principals of Clean Eating. You will learn how to incorporate Clean Eating Principals into any situation including parties, restaurants, and social gatherings.
Our bodies tell us things and send us messages all the time. You will learn to interpret and understand those messages as they relate to your food choices. This is key to long lasting health and weight management. Once you understand what foods nourish your body and what foods do not you will be able to choose the right foods for you in any setting so that you always feel your best.

In this Individual 90 Day Program you will learn how to ditch the diet mentality and get off the weight loss roller coaster once and for all. Stop counting calories, fat grams or points. Stop buying packaged or frozen meals that do not nourish your body. That's no way to live and it certainly doesn't work!
In my 90 Days To Healthy Habits Program you will learn how to lose weight and get healthy the right way. It's not about eating less, it's about eating right.
Your health is about food and lifestyle choices and not some genetically predetermined fate or how strict you are on the latest diet fad. In this program you will begin to see how your body functions best and which foods nourish you with energy and vitality and which foods (even though you think they may be healthy) do not work for your body (ever eat something and immediately feel tired or queasy??)

As a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach I believe you cannot be truly healthy or happy if any area of your life feels out of balance including what's on your plate. How we eat many times is a metaphor for what is going on in our life. Out of control eating, crazy diets, obsession with calories or inability to lose weight means it's time to slow down and take a look at the "why" behind the behavior. Once you understand why you are making the choices you are making you will begin to be able to change them. Lasting change does Not come from willpower, deprivation or sheer force but instead comes naturally and authentically through learning about your body, how it functions optimally, and discovering what foods create energy and vitality in you. This is key to lifelong health and weight management.

By the end of 6 Months you won't believe how far you have come. You will be eating differently, thinking about food differently, and feeling amazing. You will have the confidence to know you can be in any situation and make good food choices and that YOU are the one in control not the food.
A la Cart Coaching
Don't want to commit to a program? No problem. With my a la cart coaching you can go at your own pace with as little or as much coaching as you are comfortable with.
When you choose this option you get two (2) coaching sessions per month for as long as you choose. (minimum 1 month of coaching) Each coaching session lasts 50 minutes and is held over the phone twice monthly. You can also choose the option of four (4) 25 minute weekly coaching sessions (these will be held over the phone only) if you feel you need a bit more accountability. This option is great for those starting out and who feel they need a little more hand holding. (hand holding is my specialty by the way). During each session we will discuss the weeks progress towards your healthy goals. We will talk about food and lifestyle and how to incorporate healthier choices into your already overburdened and busy life.
Your coaching sessions will be personalized to you. You and I will talk about your food triggers and cravings for salt, sugar, and caffeine if that is an issue for you. We will chat about the sustainable way to lose weight and how to eat a whole foods diet and stop relying on packaged and frozen foods if this is an issue for you. We will talk about stress eating and how to stay on track at a party or on vacation. I believe in the power of whole foods and that eating the right combination of foods for your unique body will result in greater energy and an overall feeling of well being.
