In this mini cleanse program you will receive a healthy eating plan that includes recipes for 3 days of meals, snacks, and drinks.   This whole foods based program is designed with you in mind.  It is short enough so that you can commit to it easily yet it is powerful enough for you to see results right away.  You will feel more energized, feel lighter, and be amazed at the power of whole foods.

Detoxing or cleansing can be done in a variety of ways from hard core to a kinder gentler detox.  I prefer the kinder gentler way.  No starvation, no pills, no powders.  Just eating what Mother Nature provided for us.  

A whole foods cleanse is a perfect way to realign your body and get you back on the path of good habits. This 3 Day Mini Detox was designed with you in mind and is an easy to follow format.
